Position Title: YNG+ Community Manager
Report to (Title): Family Programming Director

The YPO family engagement team serves the whole YPO member by engaging his or her family and extending the YPO experience to spouses, partners and children. The YNG+ Community Manager is the steward of the YNG+ member experience, working with YNGers (young adult children) and YPO members as co-creators, and engaging subject matter experts and collaborators to support a truly unique community/learning space/career accelerator for the young adult (aged 18-29) children of YPO members. It is a unique blend of roles, including marketer & communicator, community platform manager, community engager and program manager.
Position Title: Regional Specialist
Department: Chapters and Regions
Reports to (Title): Regional Director (region-specific)
Location: Canada, remote work
Regional Specialists assist the Regional Directors in supporting chapters to provide their members with a vibrant and valuable YPO experience through oversight of key areas: managing membership processes, driving inter-regional communications, regional data and meetings
Regional Specialists are the primary point of contact for YPO and YPO Gold chapter administrators/managers in the region.

To provide YPO Global Strategic Partners (GSPs) with dedicated support in integrating into YPO's various portfolio/channels such as networks, learning, events and geographical footprint (regions & chapters).
This is accomplished through the design and execution of the partnership strategy and maximizing partner assets that support member's lifelong learning journey as well as their personal and professional development. Such assets include but would not be limited to: thought leadership, industry expertise, access to exclusive relationships, experiences and financial contributions.
The coordinator will support the senior manager, events communications and the project manager, events communications to pro-actively support administrative duties and marketing/communications activities related to event marketing.
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for partnering with customers, vendors and technical resources to understand organizational needs and deliver solutions via the Salesforce CRM platform. The Salesforce Developer will take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset. This position requires a Salesforce-certified developer who possesses the ability to work in and across multiple platforms and technologies. The Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation/s, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
