  • Overview

    Position Purpose

     

    Provides contracts administration support for contract requests residing in ContractLogix. Administers the department email box, lifecycle, work flows, and data to facilitate contract execution. 

    Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities

     

    • Review and work with internal requestors on contract requests and documents to meet the basic contract requirements for review.
    •  Act as a resource to associate questions regarding the YPO contract process, policies and procedures.
    • Conduct initial review and manage document flow and contract document retention.
    • Assist with contract initiation, renewal and termination procedures.
    • Compile, prepare reports and analyze contracts related data as requested.
    • Ensure compliance on Certificate of Insurances for clients and vendors.
    • Maintain the contracts database, hardcopy contracts and ensure renewal of expiring contacts in a timely manner.
    • Maintain key contract details and obtain internal approvals for contract execution.
    • Monitor the Contract Support email box and act as first line of contact for requestors.
    • Train, inform and help requestors select relevant YPO templates.
    • Disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, and process flows.
    • Indirectly, and directly acts as a resource to all of YPO's contractors as well as to team's questions regarding the YPO's contract policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

    • Contracts experience, including reviewing terms and conditions, exceptions and alternate contract language.
    • Experience with task and management tools (Contract Logix, Salesforce, SharePoint). 

     

     SKILLS

    • Strong administrative, project management and date entry skills.
    • Commitment to detail and superior organization skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS version.
    • Experience working with global teams (preferred).
    • Ability to work concurrently on a variety of activities and work effectively under pressure.Excellent judgment, problem resolution, innovation, and discernment. 
    • Ability to work independently and cross functionally to resolve issues.
    • Possess a natural curiosity.
    • Ability to read and understand contract terminology and familiarity with contract tracking software preferred.
