  • Overview



    The Financialforce Administrator (FA) ensures YPO is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Financialforce, based on various user group needs. The FA will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. The FA will serve as the go-to for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, and provide user training and best practices.




    • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as customizing and implementing profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, rules, dashboards, reports, etc. 
    • Interface with end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues; work collaboratively with Finance, Salesforce team on more complex requests and issues. 
    • Maintain and enhance visual layouts, clicklinks, integrations, workflow rules and business logic to enhance business processes and improve user experience. 
    • Create documentation, maintain standardization and proactively seek ways to continuously improve processes & procedures. 
    • Develop, launch and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels. 
    • Remain current on FinancialForce best practices and technologies and advise accordingly. 
    • Resolve issues with FinancialForce and related applications; work with Salesforce team to troubleshoot issues  
    • Communicate system changes to management team; manage new releases and system changes; roll out new features without interruption to users. 
    • Maintain System, Security and Integrity - design, create and maintain multiple user setup, roles, profiles and hierarchies; grant/remove and maintain user licenses; maintain security including sharing rules and security levels; map hierarchies and reassign records in response to personnel changes. 
    • Monitor application storage usage and archiving data as needed. 
    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for FinancialForce applications. 
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for existing or new users/groups on an ongoing basis; create and update training materials. 





    • 3 years' minimum Salesforce.com administration experience required.  
    • Knowledge of core financial areas with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
    • Proven experience documenting and analyzing processes 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  
    • Ability to communicate effectively, interpersonally, on a regular basis with individuals at different levels and cultural backgrounds within the organization.



    • Experience with FinancialForce 
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related field  



    • Ability to travel up to 10% of time, both domestic and internationally
