YPO's IT department is growing and we are looking for a mid-level C#.NET specialist to participate in cross-functional projects involving development and enhancement of our core applications (e.g. 25,000 member-facing web portal). This is a great opportunity to increase your exposure to the development life cycle (including planning and designing) as our Agile processes continue to evolve in-house.


  • Analysis, design, coding, implementation and support of large-scale applications.
  • Preparation of high-quality documentation pertaining to business and technical requirements.
  • Participation on project teams, supporting business and IT stakeholder requests (e.g. custom interfaces).
  • Proactively monitoring and identifying opportunities for improvement on production platforms.
  • Supporting an Agile development environment, using Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and iterative development.
  • Applying knowledge of software best practices like test driven development (TDD) and continuous integration.
  • Implementing strategic enhancements to the application and interfaces across systems.


  • 4+ years' experience involving development of N-tier architecture using Microsoft .NET framework.
  • 4+ years' experience in Web 2.0 technology build using ASP.NET and object-oriented design patterns in C#.
  • Exposure to web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript (React and/or Angular preferred), and CSS.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining platforms in a production environment.
  • Understanding of software development processes and criticality of software testing.
  • Familiarity with code manipulation and optimization issues.
  • Exposure to relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and SQL coding.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUMdevelopment evnironments.
  • Capable of interacting with all levels of IT and business management.
  • Skilled at summarizing and communicating complex technical concepts/strategies.
