The Senior Manager, Human Resources & Organizational Development is a strategic project leader and HR Business Partner working across the organization. The role is a focused as a strategic HR Business Partner to select teams across the organization as well as responsible for critical HR systems, processes and projects. As an astute HR leader, their expertise will flourish with experience in: change management, employee engagement strategy, leadership development, organizational design, performance management process, HR laws globally, HR policy management, and other projects and processes.
