YPO's Product Management team is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to leverage performance metrics across our suite of digital products. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to cultivate statistically-significant insights by utilizing large amounts of raw data from multiple platforms and sources. You will also provide guidance on how to optimize content, increase conversion and maximize the user experience by increasing traffic and engagement on digital platforms.


  • Measuring site usability/effectiveness of various campaigns and presenting actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices
  • Developing method(s) to record & track incoming product support issues, suggestions, current UI trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Communicating specific suggestions to the Product Management team regarding improvements to digital products.
  • Establishing and implementing measurable test plans for all new products and feature implementations.
  • Amassing customer feedback on current product features.
  • Gathering ideas and feedback for building new product features and functionality.
  • Working with product management and UX teams to supplement quantitative analysis with qualitative methodologies (e.g. surveys, user testing, and focus groups).
  • Partnering with multiple vendors to implement requirements and strategies.
  • Contributing to building an analytics strategy for digital properties.
  • Coordinating the execution of A/B tests and analyzing test results for presentation to stakeholders.
  • Working directly with developers and designers to implement recommendations.
  • Ensuring adherance to data privacy policies.


  • 2+ years' professional experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, MIS or related field(s).
  • Adept with data analysis and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar).
  • Well-versed with site optimization tools.
  • Familiar with Agile/interative software implementation methodologies.
  • Passion for emerging technologies (e.g. mobile).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to take initiative, and to work independently and effectively under pressure.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
