Overview

The Operations Director, Networks Business Council serves as the leader and facilitator of the Business Network member council. Responsible for central oversight for Network Directors focused on business networks, initiatives and strategic goals.  Partners with member champions and management team in support of the Networks strategy and goals to support the member network journey. A sophisticated Network advocate charged with building an engaged network community and serving in the product development and delivery of only in YPO experiences.

Responsibilities

One of Two Leads over Business Networks

  • Serve as senior strategist and operations manager over YPO business networks.
  • Leads and develops a team of Network Directors.
  • Oversee and help execute management support of Business Networks Council.
  • Oversee Networks Support & Development Funds management.
  • Develop, lead and mentor teams of Business Network Directors.
  • Resolve escalated member and community conflicts according to the YPO Code of Conduct.
  • Create collaborative activities and efficiencies between networks.
  • Collaborative with other YPO functional areas that benefit Network members.
  • Recruit, develop and retain world-class talent; model trust, respect, and transparency.
