Position Title: Senior Manager, Membership Recruitment
Reports to (Title): Membership Recruitment Director
Location: Dallas US - remote work

Responsible to organize and manage membership development front-line experts (the Pods) to achieve yearly targets. Tasked with the job of driving membership growth within a geographic area as well as implementing development strategies as set by the organization and executed through the membership department.
Trains, directs motivates the front-line experts (Pods) to recruit new members and form new chapters in collaboration with the members and in accordance with the organization’s strategic direction.
In collaboration with the Membership Recruitment Director, designs and introduces tactics and processes that enable the Pods to drive and achieve the yearly goals.
Develops and maintains high knowledge of all membership related policies and procedures and serves as an advisor to the Pods, the members and the management team.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Global business experience
Successful track record managing and training ‘sales teams’
Sales field experience preferably in a not for profit organization
Proven record of achieving targets
Salesforce and data analysis
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 7 years of experience in sales management.
Salesforce trained or proven experience.
Able to travel as required
