Currently we are seeking a hands-on tech lead/manager to oversee an onsite team as well as offshore support from a third-party vendor. You will have the opportunity to optimize the reliability and stability of our enterprise software architecture via design patterns and best practices, perform root cause analysis and oversee implementation of enhancements arising from complex escalations.




  • Leading distributed team’s resolution of [escalated] tickets relating to enterprise and member-facing software, including both web and mobile applications (root cause analysis, data integrity, monitoring, etc.).
  • Solutioning to improve overall stability and quality of product.
  • Preparing high-quality documentation pertaining to production support, configuration, and enterprise system maintenance.
  • Mentoring in-house and offshore team to build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serving as liaison to product management team and internal business units for all relevant communications.
  • Driving Agile/Kanban development process within production support team.



  • 2+ years team leadership/people management experience is preferred.
  • 10+ years C#.NET (server side) development skills, including expertise in object-oriented design patterns and best practices.  
  • Adept with all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Understanding of code manipulation and optimization issues.
  • Well versed with SQL Server (e.g. CRUD operations). 
  • Knowledge of N-tier architecture in a Microsoft .NET framework
  • Strong communication ability, both verbal and written; capable of interacting with all levels of IT and business management.
  • Proven accountability and responsibility in product-facing roles.
  • Ability to interpret abstract technical ideas and concepts.
  • Capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment. 
  • ITIL certification is helpful.
